  • Summary Graph: (view sample) The summary graph is a dashboard that provides a high-level overview of the candidates match to the cognitive, behavioral, and occupational interests that have been benchmarked for each position. A summary percentage of the overall job fit as well as each category is provided.
  • Individual Graph: (view sample) Most people are anxious to receive their results once they’ve taken the assessment. The individual graph provides a high level summary of an individuals assessment results. This can be provided to an employee post-hire to be reviewed with the employee by their leader.
  • Individual Feedback Report: (view sample) Along with the Individual Graph the Individual Feedback Report provides an overview of where the employee landed on each characteristic of the assessment.
